Elim Valley is a new community to be located within the town boundaries of Hurricane, Utah, and comparable in size to its downtown. Elim Valley is adjacent to the county's capital, St. George which is the second fastest growing city in the United States.

In addition to 10,000 homes Elim Valley will have a village center, offices, schools, shopping areas and open green spaces. With a 10-12 year build-out, Elim Valley will also have a golf course, guest ranch, spa and equestrian center. Homes in Elim Valley will range from $275,000 to several million. Elim Valley will be lush with trees and beautiful landscaping.

The master plan of Elim Valley calls for a community made of several neighborhoods, with a mixed-use town center. Each neighborhood in Elim Valley will have its own center, as well as greens and canals easily accessible from every home. All neighborhoods in Elim Valley will include a mix of housing, including apartment mansions, live/work unite, townhouses, cottages, courtyard houses and compounds.
